Buyers Education - First Time Home Buyers take a free online course to educate yourself on home ownership. After completing the online training take the test and enter "Dan@MyEasyRealty.com" in the Buyers Ed Code. Once you complete the test we will send you a copy of your Home Buyer Education Certificate. |

- County of San Diego - Down Payment and Closing Cost Programs (Available in the Cities of Coronado, Del Mar, Imperial Beach, Lemon Grove, Poway, Solana Beach, and all Unincorporated Areas of San Diego County)
- San Diego Housing Commission - Down payment 2nd up to $120,000 or 25% with Deferred Payments, and Down Payment/Closing Cost Grants up to $15,000 (Available in the City of San Diego and La Mesa)
- City of Chula Vista - Down Payment and Tax Relief Programs
- City of El Cajon - Down Payment Grants up to 50% Down Payment
- City of Santee - Down Payment Loan up to $100,000 or 30% with Deferred Payments
